Step 1 — Complete Your Yatra
You must have completed your booked yatra/tour package with BookMeriGadi within the offer period (29 Dec 2025 – 15 July 2026). Entries are valid till 15th July 2026.
Step 2 — Fill This Form
Upload your Confirmation Slip and Booking Document. Choose whether coupons go on your name or to individual group members. Each group member must independently post a Google review.
Step 3 — Give a Review & Upload Your Travel Photo
Every person wanting a coupon must individually post a Google review with a travel photo:
Post Your Review & PhotoPhoto is mandatory. Coupons are generated only for slots with confirmed reviews.
Step 5 — Coupon Approval
After review verification, mark your review done using the Status Checker above. Coupon generated within 24 hours and sent on WhatsApp.
Step 6 — Watch the Live Draw
The lucky draw goes live on 28th July 2026 at 5:00 PM. Tickets shuffle on screen and stop on the winner, one prize at a time — 4 Smart Watches, then 3 Smartphones, then the AC.

- Coupons are non-transferable and valid only for the lucky draw on 28th July 2026 at 5:00 PM.
- The draw is conducted live and can be watched by anyone — each round's ticket pool is locked and fingerprinted on screen before the winner is drawn.
- Prize delivery: Smart Watches and Smartphones will be delivered to their winners on 6th November 2026 — the auspicious day of Dhanteras 🪔. The Air Conditioner will be delivered to its winner by 2nd January 2027.
- Privacy: Only the Booking ID / Deal ID of winners will be highlighted in the winner list — all other details remain confidential. Please keep your Booking ID safe and match it in the winner list.
- One coupon is issued per person as per the applicable package tier.
