Day 1: Delhi to Haridwar

Travel: Depart from Delhi to Haridwar in the morning (~5-6 hours, ~230 km), passing through Meerut, Muzaffarnagar, and reaching Haridwar via NH58.
Evening Activities: Once in Haridwar, head to Har Ki Pauri and experience the serene atmosphere. Attend the spectacular Ganga Aarti, which takes place at sunset. It’s an emotional experience with chanting, lighting of lamps, and river rituals. After the aarti, explore the ghats, and enjoy the tranquil evening atmosphere.
Stay: Check-in at a local guesthouse or hotel for an overnight stay in Haridwar. Enjoy local snacks and rest for the night.

Day2

Day 2: Haridwar to Chopta

Day 2: Haridwar to Chopta

Travel: Start your journey early to Chopta (~7-8 hours, ~200 km). Follow the route: Haridwar ? Rishikesh ? Devprayag ? Srinagar ? Rudraprayag ? Chopta. The journey will take you through scenic spots and hilly terrains. Be prepared for a winding road after Srinagar.
Stops en Route: Make a quick stop at Devprayag, where the confluence of the Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers forms the mighty Ganges. Continue towards Srinagar or Rudraprayag for a brief tea or snack break.
Evening Activities: Arrive at Chopta in the evening, a serene hill station known for its stunning views. After checking in at a campsite or guesthouse, relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. If time permits, take a short walk or explore the meadows around Chopta.

Travel: Start your journey to Rishikesh (~6-7 hours, ~170 km). Route: Chopta ? Gopeshwar ? Chamoli ? Srinagar ? Rishikesh. The drive takes you through beautiful mountain landscapes and hill stations, offering numerous scenic views.
Afternoon Activities: Upon arrival in Rishikesh, visit the famous Laxman Jhula, a suspension bridge over the Ganges with a panoramic view of the river and surrounding hills. You can also visit *Ram Jhula* and nearby temples, like *Triveni Ghat, a peaceful area with temples and ashrams.
Evening Activities: In the evening, attend the **Ganga Aarti* at *Triveni Ghat*, where you can witness an impressive ritual with fire lamps and chants, while sitting on the banks of the holy river Ganges. The spiritual experience is one of a kind, with divine sounds and breathtaking visuals of the river and the evening aarti.

Stops en Route: Stop briefly at *Haridwar* for lunch or a short rest if needed. You can also take a detour to *Roorkee, known for its engineering history, before continuing your drive.
Evening: Arrive back in **Delhi* by evening or late afternoon, depending on your stops and traffic. You can either rest after your trip or explore the city if time allows.
Stay: End of the journey. You can choose to relax or plan for further activities in Delhi.
