Journey to the Shrine

Base Camp - Katra: The pilgrimage starts from Katra, a small town approximately 50 kilometers from Jammu. Katra serves as the base camp for the 13-kilometer trek to the Vaishno Devi shrine. The Trek

Pilgrims visit the sanctum to pay their respects to the Goddess in the form of three naturally formed rock formations (Pindis) representing Maha Kali, Maha Lakshmi, and Maha Saraswati. Aarti and Darshan
